Club Marine Boat Insurance
Comprehensively insured our very well maintained and regularly serviced boat. Had a fire in the motor and CM were not interested. Took it to their approved mechanic who said the starter motor got stuck - no one at fault, just a random thing. Took forever to process the claim which they then rejected. However they’ll replace the cowling. Whoopdeedoo. We’ll be going elsewhere.

The absolute worst experience after someone crashed into my car. It was over a 2 month process. The tow truck company further damaged my car and got away with it- I got no update calls in regards to where my car was and only for it to be written off due to the further damage.This was extremely stressful and has left me in a bad mental state.

Call centres off shore, customer service" personall hard to communicate with. Closed local office so face to face conversations to sought out claim. Had an incident where a council verge tree dropped a limb on my vehicle and according to qbe its ny fault and had to pay $500 excess."

Allianz Australia Insurance Limited
My car was stolen, the police caught the responsible party. Allianz said they would organise for my car to be towed to a repairer for a sharps test and for a mechanical/panel check. Contacted the towing company/repairer 4 days later, no news. My car has not been towed and nothing has been done. I have waited on the phone for a total of 5.5 hours today, on hold with the same hold music. No response. No response from the online inquiry. Its clear they do not care about their customers whatsoever.
